Selection Criteria

• Download relevant files and applications in the link (in the announcement)
• Complete all forms and relevant documents, and submit (1 Original and 2 Copy Documents) a closed envelope with seal to focal person or by email.
• The payment will be proceeded through the bank and divided into 3 deliverables/stages.

The bidder is required to attach relevant documents as bellow:

1. Bid Submission form;
2. Price Schedule (Quotation) completed in accordance with the Annexes V, VI and VIII and clause 11 of Instructions to Bidders;
3. Patent Tax of business or company (documentary evidence established in accordance with clause 9 of Instructions to Bidders that the Bidder is eligible to and is qualified to perform the contract if its Bid is accepted)
4. Business Registration/Certificate of Incooperation (documentary evidence established in accordance with clause 10 of Instructions to Bidders that the goods and ancillary services to be supplied by the Bidder are eligible goods and services and conform to the Bidding Documents;
5. Certificate of Tax Registration (Value Added Tax-VAT)
6. Contact Details (name and address)
7. Identification Card or Passpport of business owner
