Brief about the Project and Objective
- Project Title: Office and Training Hall Building

- Objective: To construct a single-story building to serve office operation, development project coordination and community training and gathering.
Scope of Work
This section defines exactly what the contractor is responsible for. It typically includes:
- Design stage: Review the construction (engineering and architectural) and landscape designs to meet the environment context and landscape of the site.
- Construction permit: The constructor must take responsibility on behalf of the project owner to prepare, submit and obtain building construction permit/license on the land before the construction start.
- Site Preparation: Positioning, clearing, leveling, and excavation.
- Civil & Structural Works: Foundation, framing, roofing, and masonry.
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP): Wiring, HVAC, water supply, and sewage.
- Finishing: Painting, flooring, tiling, and landscaping.
- Handover: Final cleaning, removal of debris, and commissioning of the building.
Technical Specifications and Standards
The Contractor must adhere to the following quality benchmarks:
- Materials: All materials must meet National Standards of Cambodia.
- Workmanship: High-quality finish as per the approved engineering and architectural drawings.
- Compliance: Full compliance with the National Building Code and local zoning laws.
- Climate Resilience: The building must be "climate-proofed" against strong windstorms, high humidity, and extreme heatwaves.
- Sustainability: Features must include natural ventilation, heat reduction (cool roofing/insulation), and energy-efficient components to minimize environmental impact.
Eligibility
- The Contractor must provide a team with the following minimum expertise:
- Project Manager: Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar construction projects.
- Site Engineer: Licensed professional with a valid practicing certificate.
- Health & Safety Officer: Certified to manage site risks.
- Insurance: The Contractor must present a valid Contractors' All Risks (CAR) Insurance policy and Workers’ Compensation insurance before mobilization.
