Project Description

The Agro-processing Enterprise Support Program is a structured 12-month capacity-building program designed to strengthen technical and operational capabilities. Each training session is a 2-day workshop, including a half-day factory visit and workshop covering food manufacturing production systems, quality management, and compliance. The implementer will achieve the following main objectives:

  • Conduct an outreach campaign across 6 locations.
  • Develop training materials
  • Conduct training sessions across 6 different locations.
  • Conduct factory visits to the following 6 different locations

Target Beneficiaries

  • SMEs across four sectors: agriculture, manufacturing, ICT, and services.

Beneficiary Selection

  • Applicants must be available and reachable via online platforms

  • At least 2 staff members in active operation
  • SMEs must commit to attending all training sessions
  • Preference given to SMEs in the agricultural, food manufacturing, and food processing sectors

  • Step 4 : KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan
  • Step 5 : Awarding Implementers/partners to be informed after the evaluation

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Agro-processing Enterprise Support Program. The required documents include:

  • Company Profile
  • Company Registration (e.g., Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
  • Concept notes or proposals include a brief activities plan and team member profiles
  • The detailed budget plan of program arrangements and timelines
  • Samples of previous projects
  • The expected result of the program
