Summary

CCF is currently looking for potential companies to supply 20 sets of Computer Desktop. The goods are required by CCF (hereinafter called “the purchase”) now invites sealed bid from eligible supplies (hereinafter called “the bidders”) to supply “Computer Desktop”. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) infromation and specification are attached.

Eligibility

  • The bidder shall fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for bid submission;
  • Patent/License of business
  • Having specification location/address
  • Good background with other companies/NGO

Submission Requirements

The deadline for bid submission is by 2:00 PM, Monday 08th December 2025, with a sealed and secured envelope sent to the address provided in the contact details.

Subject: Sealed Bid Computer Desktop

The sealed bids will be opened internally by the CCF procurement committee on the same day at 2:30 pm.

Evaluation will be undertaken on a pass/fail basis, and the bidder submitting the most competitive, substantially responsive bid shall be the one recommended for the award of the contract or negotiation. CCF reserves the right to further negotiate with the pre-selected company to ensure the cost taken into account of the valued engineering.

The bid shall remain valid 30 business days after the Deadline for Submission.
