Responsibility:
- Financial Management & Internal Controls Optimization:
- Conduct a comprehensive review and institutional upgrade across financial operations, accounting frameworks, and internal control mechanisms to ensure audit readiness, operational efficiency, and fiscal transparency for institutional investors.
- Data Room & Investment Collateral Development
- Assemble, audit, and organize all corporate documentation and investor-facing materials to streamline due diligence and accelerate investor engagement.
- Investor Mapping, Matchmaking & Transaction Support
- Identify, target, and engage compatible capital providers to lead initial deal discussions, navigate due diligence, and support negotiation toward transaction close.
Deliverables
- Integrated Financial Operations & Governance Upgrade Package: A complete financial enhancement package comprising an initial financial diagnostic report, a standardized operational policy manual, and modernized financial reporting templates fully aligned with international accounting standards and institutional investor due diligence requirements.
- Institutional-Grade Data Room: A fully structured, populated, and secured Data Room organizing CSL Enterprise’s key corporate documentations and assets to drive deal readiness and high-impact investor engagement.
- Investor Engagement, Outreach & Pipeline Management Logs: Facilitation of targeted investor introductions, Q&A workflow management, periodic pipeline progress tracking, and structured investor feedback logs to streamline engagement through key deal milestones.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Development Studies, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of investment processes, impact finance, or venture building (experience with responsible or impact investors is a plus).
- 7+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, investment advisory, venture building, business development, or partnership management.
- Proven track record in preparing investor materials, pitch decks, financial summaries, or due diligence packages.
- Experience working with impact-driven businesses, SMEs, social enterprises, or agriculture-related companies (cashew or agrifood sector experience is an advantage).
- Experience facilitating negotiations, managing multi-stakeholder communication, or closing commercial/investment agreements.
- Strong knowledge of investment readiness, fundraising pipelines, and investor expectations.
- Ability to design or advise on ESG, impact measurement, and assessment frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, stakeholder mapping, and risk assessment.
- Excellent writing skills for developing proposals, reports, pitch documents, and strategic plans Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with investors, government representatives, community groups, and private sector partners.
- High level of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and integrity.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
