Duties
  • Manage the quality and quantity accuracy, and ensuring that products meet company standards before being accepted into inventory of inventory for general and medical supply.
  • Inventory planning, forecasting demand to ensure the right amount of stock is available at all times to avoid overstocking or understocking.
  • Purchase orders and replenishment orders to ensure stock levels are maintained according to demand forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Check and review current inventory level, optimizing warehouse space and storage layouts to maximize efficiency and accessibility of inventory.
  • Label inventory items that will be used.
  • Records the in and out of the items and create monthly inventory report.
  • Coordinate with the logistic team for purchase order, stock, transfer and delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the inventory management system.
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager and as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduated bachelor degree in Administrative or related fields.
  • Work Experience at least 1 to 2 experiences in management and administrative.
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, good teamworking, and organizational skills.
  • Christian.

Duties
  • Identifying and researching potential suppliers who can provide quality products or services at competitive prices (quotation).
  • Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and follow up supplier for incomplete delivery.
  • Ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet demand without overstocking, which could lead to increased holding costs.
  • Verifying that the goods meet the required quality standards.
  • Preparing purchase orders, budgets, cost analyses, and reports on purchasing activities.
  • Prepare document and report to Finance Department arranging payment to supplier.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to secure reliable partnerships and negotiate future needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Work Experience at least 1 to 2 experiences in procurement or supply chain management.

  • Able to communicate in English (writing and speaking).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and can work under pressure.

Duties
  • Visitor Team Management: Lead and manage the visitor team to ensure smooth and effective communication with visiting groups. Organize hospital orientations, city tours, and visits to mission sites for visitors, ensuring they understand the hospital’s mission and services. Pick up the team, guide them until the mission is completed, and ensure their return to the airport. Handle hotel, transportation, and restaurant reservations for the team.
  • Province Surveys: Conduct field surveys in various provinces to gather data on healthcare needs, patient feedback, and community health trends. Prepare reports summarizing the findings and presenting insights that can improve hospital services.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage content for the hospital’s Facebook page, creating engaging posts that highlight the hospital’s services, events, and community initiatives. Collaborate with the team to plan social media campaigns, ensuring effective outreach to both local and international audiences.
  • Translation Services: Act as a translator for the hospital, facilitating communication between Korean-speaking and English-speaking staff, patients, and partners. Provide translation support for written documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Care After Program Support: Assist and provide support to the Care After Program Department Work as a staff in CAP task in the time that management request.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other tasks assigned by the manager, including supporting various marketing and operational activities as needed. Participate in all administrative activities and follow the admin rule. Other tasks assigned by Manager and as needed
