Role Overview
This Graduate Internship is part of Corteva Cambodia’s Crop Protection business. You will focus on one specific crop and key product, and work directly with farmers, retailers, and our commercial team to create demand, build product knowledge, and support on-ground sales activities. This is a hands-on, field-based learning role - not a desk job.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct farmer training, field demonstrations, and village-level awareness activities.
- Support demand generation programs aligned to the assigned crop and product focus.
- Assist with “selling days” and engagements at retail shops / distributors.
- Collect farmer insights and report field observations to the sales team.
- Work closely with Corteva field staff to plan weekly field activities.
- Maintain high standards of safety, product stewardship, and farmer support.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in or final-year student in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Biology, Agribusiness, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Passionate about working with farmers and spending time in the field.
- Must have own motorbike for field travel.
Soft Skills
- Clear communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and travel within the assigned location.
