Internal Quality Assurance Manager
Reporting Line: President and works closely with all Vice President
Location: Kirirom Institute of Technology (Kirirom National Park)
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (IQA)
- Abide by the existing laws, rules, and regulations as prescribed by the MoEYS, ASEAN University Network (AUN), and beyond
- Handle with the standards set and the evaluation by the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC)
- Develop quality assurance policies, procedures, and self-assessment tools
- Implement quality assurance standards and internal mechanisms
- Conduct and organize internal/external IQA and accreditation training and activities
- Complete quality assurance assessment forms/documents as required by the KIT top management, the ACC or/and the MoEYS
- Analyze the data and the current functions of related departments/offices/units to identify areas and needs for quality improvement, training, or intervention.
- Compile statistical data necessary for documentation, archiving, and reporting
- Produce self-assessment reports and other IQA and accreditation reports as required
- Communicate the outputs, outcomes, and impacts of the works of IQA and accreditation to KIT top management and relevant stakeholders
- Support KIT in connecting with MoEYS for new initiatives and regulatory requirements
- KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- SWOT analysis and statistical analysis on data interpretation
- Quality assurance, school-based management, and quality assurance for the ACC, AUN, and beyond
- Ability to supervise staff and conduct training
- Maintain a higher level of accuracy confidentiality concerning files and other confidential documents and Information
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English and Khmer
- Ability to work with both synchronous and asynchronous online communication tools
- Mindset and ability to drive and manage change to accomplish strategic objectives
- Working experiences in a multicultural environment
- Excellent report-writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, organize, motivate, and lead others
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse team members
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Good in SPSS
- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate with a Master’s degree in educational administration from a reputable university
- At least 4 (four) years of working experience in higher education institutions and has been actively involved in IQA works.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in academic affairs and compliance
