Internal Quality Assurance Manager

Position Summary

Reporting Line: President and works closely with all Vice President

Location: Kirirom Institute of Technology (Kirirom National Park)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (IQA)
  • Abide by the existing laws, rules, and regulations as prescribed by the MoEYS, ASEAN University Network (AUN), and beyond
  • Handle with the standards set and the evaluation by the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC)
  • Develop quality assurance policies, procedures, and self-assessment tools
  • Implement quality assurance standards and internal mechanisms
  • Conduct and organize internal/external IQA and accreditation training and activities
  • Complete quality assurance assessment forms/documents as required by the KIT top management, the ACC or/and the MoEYS
  • Analyze the data and the current functions of related departments/offices/units to identify areas and needs for quality improvement, training, or intervention.
  • Compile statistical data necessary for documentation, archiving, and reporting
  • Produce self-assessment reports and other IQA and accreditation reports as required
  • Communicate the outputs, outcomes, and impacts of the works of IQA and accreditation to KIT top management and relevant stakeholders
  • Support KIT in connecting with MoEYS for new initiatives and regulatory requirements
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • SWOT analysis and statistical analysis on data interpretation
  • Quality assurance, school-based management, and quality assurance for the ACC, AUN, and beyond
  • Ability to supervise staff and conduct training
  • Maintain a higher level of accuracy confidentiality concerning files and other confidential documents and Information
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English and Khmer
  • Ability to work with both synchronous and asynchronous online communication tools
  • Mindset and ability to drive and manage change to accomplish strategic objectives
  • Working experiences in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent report-writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, motivate, and lead others
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse team members
  • Good at Microsoft Office
  • Good in SPSS
  • QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Graduate with a Master’s degree in educational administration from a reputable university
  • At least 4 (four) years of working experience in higher education institutions and has been actively involved in IQA works.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in academic affairs and compliance
