Founded in 2007, GAEA Plc is a solid waste management company with operations across four provinces, including Siem Reap, Banteay MeanChey, and Kampong Thom. Fast growth across all project sites has necessitated further company personnel expansion. In this context, GAEA is presently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic applicants for the following positions:

Internal Auditor (1 Position)

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Verify customer information and billing accuracy as per the official tariff list.
  • Monitor that all customer payments follow authorized procedures and channels.
  • Investigate anomalies, unauthorized payments, and possible revenue leakage.
  • Review discounts, account suspensions, write-offs, and unauthorized service continuation.
  • Conduct on-site investigations to validate customer data and services delivered.
  • Ensure consistency between digital systems and physical documentation.
  • Build your own audit tools, files, and checklists to structure your audits.
  • Report audit findings, risks, and recommendations directly to senior management.
  • Others tasks assign by Manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking.
  • Experience work with ERP program (Microsoft NAV) is a plus.
  • Work independence and self-management.
  • Problem solving skill.
  • Team works and team building.
  • Good communication.
  • Willingness to travel around GAEA branches.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Power Point).
  • Be able to write, read and speak in English.
  • Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
  • Experience work with ERP program (Microsoft NAV) is a plus.
 
 

Customer Service/Sale (15 Positions)

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Cash collect payments from customers according to term agreement.
  • Provide professional service to customers by phone and face to face.
  • Prepare the monthly report and submit it to the manager.
  • Respond to customer inquiries & resolve complaints.
  • Find and contact new customers to promote and sale service
  • Improve/Develop daily work with a creative idea
  • Cooperate with related departments
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the department manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At list finish 2nd year of university student on Management, Sales & Marketing or Customer Service.
  • Some experience in a related field is an advantage.
  • Able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Honest, highly responsible, self-motivated and reliable.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is still in its formative period.
