Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information and billing accuracy as per the official tariff list.
- Monitor that all customer payments follow authorized procedures and channels.
- Investigate anomalies, unauthorized payments, and possible revenue leakage.
- Review discounts, account suspensions, write-offs, and unauthorized service continuation.
- Conduct on-site investigations to validate customer data and services delivered.
- Ensure consistency between digital systems and physical documentation.
- Build your own audit tools, files, and checklists to structure your audits.
- Report audit findings, risks, and recommendations directly to senior management.
- Others tasks assign by Manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience work with ERP program (Microsoft NAV) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel around GAEA branches.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Power Point).
- Be able to write, read and speak in English.
- Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development.
