The Liger Charitable Foundation (TLCF) signed Memorandum of Understanding with Ministry of Foreign Affair and International Cooperation. TLCF is the non-governmental organization, not director or indirect participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of, or in opposition to, any candidate for public office and to admit the students do not discriminate of any race, color, sexual orientation, or national or ethnic origin to all the rights. Currently TLCF has authentic project names Liger Leadership Academy (LLA) is located in Phum Chumposkaek, Street 112, Sangkat Prekthmey, Khan ChbaAmpov, Phnom Penh Cambodia.

Basically, LLA provides to high-potential, economically disadvantaged students with a world class learning experiences empowering them to become leaders of tomorrow to meet the LLA’s mission statement says “creating a brighter future by realizing the potential of a promising child”, by undertaking them to study through project based learning and a focus on entrepreneurship and technology informed by global awareness and rooted in local culture which LLA prepares students to drive and network to positive lead their country’s further.

Internal Audit Executive

Position Summary

Reports to: Manager/Head of Internal Audit

Job Purpose

In this role you will assist the Internal Audit team; you will gain a real working experience with our dynamic audit team in different business areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Participate in risk assessment and prepare a risk-based internal audit plan for approval annually by Board Member.
  • Execution of internal audit plan, performing internal audit fieldwork following the planned audit program and approach, follow-up audit finding, delivery of quality work in line with Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) standards and Internal Audit Instruction Manual.
  • Evaluate internal processes and controls, and preparing audit reports with value-added recommendations to management and audit committee.
  • Community clearly the possible areas of improvement and professionally challenge the norms.
  • Assist in handling of ad-hoc projects such as fraud and whistleblowing investigations, regulatory projects.
  • Assist Head of Internal Audit in preparing Board Audit and Compliance Committee papers and monthly/quarterly reporting for IA related matters to group.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Audit, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Min 1 years’ experience in Internal Audit, preferable with diversify company portfolio internal audit skills.Able to deliver quality findings / fieldwork on time, work in longer hrs during fieldwork.
  • Willing to learn and explore in internal audit career.
  • Multicultural adopted with different nationality.
  • Good communication skills and teams work spirits.
  • Business Mandarin is a plus for this role.
  • Candidate will be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
 
 

Public Relations Officer

Position Summary

Reports to: Senior Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility

Job Purpose

The Public Relations Officer will be assisting Senior Manager, CSR to ensure the delivery of CSR strategies and events to strengthen Prince Foundation reputation and uphold the sustainable development goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with Senior Manager, CSR for planning, implementing and executing the CSR projects and events
  • Assist with the writing and editing press releases, publications, website content, reports, speeches, and other materials that communicate the Foundation's initiatives and programs
  • Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications; assist with day-to-day internal and external communication tasks
  • Manage information, prepare agendas and research as required
  • Communicate information to internal stakeholders that either anticipates or is simultaneous with external release promptly
  • Manage execution of all PR touchpoints for each campaign
  • Assist Senior Manager, CSR for external communication and liaison with local community, including Government bodies, schools, Non- Governmental Organization (NGOs) and community partners etc.
  • Others request assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or Marketing preferred but not a must.
  • Excellent command of English and Khmer (written and spoken), with ability to write clear and compelling materials. English is essential.
  • At least 1.5 years’ experience in a dynamic and changing organization.
  • Communications agency / journalism experience desirable.
  • Basic understanding on environmental protection, sustainable development, charity and social service 
  • Excellent problem-solving skill with analytical ability, and the ability to work under high pressure with ad-hoc requirements.
  • Positive outgoing attitude, detail-orientated, passionate for sustainable development and ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
  • Basic computer Knowledge/Skills is mandatory (MS Word, Excel & Power point).
