Manage interior finishing decor site daily activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations of the INTERIOR site.
- Communicate with client, internal design team to get the accurate details and schedule.
- Manage workers team, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Manage project schedule, quality control of the finish work.
- Understand technical and design requirement and instruct the site team accordingly.
- Prepare daily reports with photos.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good is required
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Must have experience managing INTERIOR/Finishing construction site.
- Able to use AutoCAD, sketchup and MS Project.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of interior fitting process and techniques.
