Announcement Positions

International Primary Program Coordinator (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource person in curriculum and instruction across subject areas.
  • Develops, coordinates, and monitors the program of instruction for academic programs and oversees updates of the curriculum.
  • Assists in the selection of primary instructional materials.
  • Previews new instructional materials and arranges implementation by teaching staff.
  • Studies and evaluates new instructional techniques for possible use by classroom teachers.
  • Assists in the evaluation of academic programs, grading and assessment, and their effect on student achievement.
  • Leads and coordinates staff professional development.
  • Assists teaching staff with the implementation of curriculum and instructional materials.
  • Coordinates projects and schoolwide events with other program coordinators, support staff, and administrators.
  • Works with school directors to develop and implement the school improvement process including goal setting, action plans, and data analysis.
  • Assists with coordination of instructional support for new teachers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Native Only
  • Bachelor Degree in Education or Teaching qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of primary teaching experience
  • Experience in instruction, assessment, and KS1/KS2 curriculum development
  • Experience with the English National Curriculum and IPC is desired.
  • Computer and ICT knowledge (Ms. Office, internet & email, and other teaching apps);
  • High level of integrity and professionalism;
  • Be honest, punctual, reliable, dynamic and creative person;

International Early Years Teachers (5 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all students in the class, ensuring equality of opportunities
  • Be responsible and accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct
  • Consistently treat all students with dignity and build relationships rooted in mutual respect
  • Observe proper boundaries appropriate to a teacher’s professional position
  • Work proactively and effectively in collaboration and partnership with learners, parents/carers, staff members, and external agencies in the best interest of the children.
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children within the school
  • Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice in all areas
  • Be accountable for the attainment, progress, and outcome of students you teach and monitor every student’s progress against the assessment and school’s learning goals.
  • Set clear and challenging learning targets that build on prior attainment for each student; use an appropriate range of observation, monitoring, and recording strategies as a basis for setting challenging learning objectives for children of all backgrounds, abilities, and dispositions
  • Liaise effectively with parents and offer opportunities for them to engage in their child’s learning at home
