- Team Management and Leadership
- Oversee a Sales Team: Manage a team of insurance sales consultants, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and meeting their individual and team sales goals.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire new insurance sales consultants and provide ongoing training to ensure the team is up to date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Set performance targets, monitor individual and team results, and provide feedback and support to improve productivity and sales.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to the sales team, helping them overcome challenges and develop professionally to increase their sales performance
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop Sales Plans: Create effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals, focusing on increasing sales insurance policy and enhancing the client base.
- Set Targets and KPIs: Establish clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and track progress.
- Implement Marketing Campaigns: Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that promote insurance products and generate leads for the sales team
- Client Relationship Management
- Customer Focus: Ensure that clients receive high-quality advice and service. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Client Retention: Develop plans to retain existing clients, such as reviewing their insurance needs and suggesting additional coverage options or policy updates.
- Consultative Sales: Assist the team in taking a consultative approach to sales, focusing on understanding client needs and providing the right solutions.
- Sales and Product Knowledge
- Product Expertise: Be knowledgeable about the full range of insurance products offered by the company, including life, health, property, casualty, and other specialized policies.
- Training on Products: Ensure the sales team is proficient in explaining complex insurance products and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of customers.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Encourage the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products to customers.
- Administrative and Reporting Duties
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance, team achievements, and areas of concern to senior management.
- Monitor Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps in performance, or opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Claims Assistance and Support
- Claims Process Oversight: Support the sales team in helping clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claims handling.
- Resolve Escalated Issues: Handle escalated customer complaints or concerns, providing resolutions that maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Have residential address in Cambodia
- Complete at least high school degree or university degree
- Having good practical experiences in insurance business sales or training more than 2 years
- Complete Basic Course of Professional Insurance Agent - Fundamental course
- Never commit any misdemeanor or felony within the last 5 (five) years within or outside the kingdom of Cambodia
- Good communication & problem-solving skill
- Good business experiences in sales , sales management
- Be able to work flexible, opened-minded with business experiences
- Good presentation skill, documentation and other sale administration

Insurance Sales Consultant (15 Positions)
Location: Head Office
- Sales and Product Knowledge
- Selling Insurance Products: sell all SMI products to customers based on customer needs.
- Educate Clients: Explain the different types of insurance policies available, their features, and benefits, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Propose Policies to Client Needs: Assess the needs of clients by gathering information and providing customized insurance solutions that meet their specific needs, preferences, and budget.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify Prospects: Actively prospect and generate new customers leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, advertising, and digital marketing.
- Cold Calling and Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, or meetings to introduce insurance products and services and generate interest.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with prospects who have shown interest in the past, converting leads into customers by addressing objections and presenting tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentation and Quotation
- Provide Quotes: Offer accurate insurance quotes based on client information, helping them compare different options and premiums.
- Prepare and Present Proposals: Develop insurance proposals that outline coverage details, terms, premiums, and any discounts available to clients.
- Present Benefits: Emphasize the benefits of purchasing insurance, explaining the protection it provides against unexpected risks and financial losses.
- Customer Interaction and Relationship Building
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and keeping in touch to ensure continued satisfaction.

- Negotiation and Closing Sales

- Administrative Tasks
