Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively seek to quote Infinity General Insurance business for corporate and individual clients
- Liaise with Infinity General Insurance to obtain quotations for clients and follow through for applicants
- Record all activities and keep track of outstanding quotations and business awaiting to be written
- Seeking new sales and completing new business proposals
- Control clients’ documents: collect and distribute clients’ policy documents
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on all insurance products
- Manage renewal business and ensure that all efforts are made to retain clients and businesses
- Maintain database of quotations, payments, renewals, and mid-term cancellations working with Infinity General Insurance to ensure prompt and correct payment of commissions.
- Fully update documents in the system
- Ensure all renewals are sent in a timely manner
- All corporate additions and deletions acted upon
- Other tasks assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in any field would be an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in General Insurance or proven sales record
- Language proficiency in spoken & written English is a must
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to learn and work as a small team
