Job Description:
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Phnom Penh team. This role involves working closely with our clients and internal teams to develop impactful digital learning experiences that align with our mission of facilitating positive change.
- Key Objectives:
- Design and develop engaging and effective digital learning materials and experiences for a diverse range of clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
- Apply instructional design theories and practices to create innovative digital learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as needed.
- Contribute to the digital transformation journey of our clients through effective educational strategies.
- Reflect and communicate Glean Asia’s brand, vision, and standards through instructional design.
- Education & Experience:
- Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in designing digital learning experiences, preferably in the non-profit or social enterprise sector.
- Proficient in both English and Khmer for effective communication and material development.
- Skills in multimedia and digital tools for educational content creation.
