Indoor Sales Executive (1 Position)
Salary is negotiable base on the candidate knowledge and experience.

- To develop import shipment from both existing customers and onboarding new customers
- Scheduling for weekly customers visiting and reporting to local Branch Manager
- To achieve the Sales target volume
- To make a cold calling and active visit customers
- To perform sales presentation to clients for our import service (FCL, LCL, AIR)
- To coordinate with internal departments to ensure best class of services are provided to customers
- Communication with overseas offices or agents to follow up the sales lead
- Building good relationship with existing customers and new customers
- Offering ocean freight/air freight/lcl rate to overseas offices/agents
- To ensure sales activities in compliance with company rules and procedures
- Graduated from university with related business administration and sale/marketing.
- 1-2-year experiences in shipping & logistics field
- Good English communication with both writing and speaking, if can speak Chinese is advantage
- Be flexible to manage the challenging works for problem solving and honestly
- Computer skills (Ms Word/Excel, email & Internet)
- Self-discipline, patience and responsible
- Having a good interpersonal skill, working independently and be able to work as a team.
Outdoor Sales Executive (1 Position)

Booking Executive (1 Position)

- Handling Export booking with agents and customers
- Send booking to shipping lines and allocate space to customers
- Providing Shipping Schedule by various carrier’s options to agents/customers
- Deliver 100% data Integrity i.e. accurate booking, clear information to customers.
- SI, CY Cut-off time update
- Release Shipping Order to customers
- Facilitate with drivers and container depot when customer pick up the empty containers
- Provide customer with timely, accurate and courteous service. Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor and communication.
- To assist customers when problems arise by liaison with the relevant parties
- Pro-actively advise customer on exceptional service notification.
- Flexible mindset able to take cares complex customer (more process/requirement in SOP)
- 3rd or 4th year and or graduated from university of Management/Sales/Marketing/English literacy
- 1- or 2-years working experience within related field is a credit
- Good English communication with both writing and speaking, can speak Chinese is advantage

Pricing Executive (1 Position)

- Sourcing rate from various shipping lines based the actual requirement from customers/agents
- Coordinate closely with our global pricing team for rate update to customers/agents
- Follow up with customers/agents after sending our rate to them
- Sending sales lead to customers/agents to promote our service
- To perform pricing presentation to clients for our services (FCL, LCL, AIR)
- Building good relationship with existing customers and new customers
- Offering ocean freight/air freight/lcl rate to overseas offices/agents
- Coordinate with CS/OPS team to support them all rate inquiries
- Graduated from university with related business administration and sale/marketing.
