CIS seeks a competitive, experienced candidate for the position of Inclusive Education Facilitator - Middles School and High School. As a full-time member of the Inclusive Education and Student Services Team, they will demonstrate a keen interest in helping Middle and High School students achieve their learning goals. They will be interested in their own learning journey and will initiate conversations about students’ learning journeys with the Inclusive Education Specialist Teacher, Subject Teachers, Director of Student Services and Middle/High Principal.
The successful candidate must have previous experience facilitating engagement and learning with individual students and small groups in Middle/High School. Experience in Math, Science and English as an Additional Language or learning support team is preferred. They must have an understanding of and commitment to inquiry-based learning and concepts of inclusive education. The successful candidate will demonstrate their understanding of the foundational need for holistic student well-being, including related concepts of mental health, school-life balance, the use of positive behavioural supports and psychological safety.
- Implement learning supports with individual students and with small groups under the guidance of certified teachers and inclusive education specialist teachers
- Implement learning supports within general education classrooms, designated learning spaces and study halls
- Implement specific accommodations for students with Individualized Support Plans
- Lead intervention sessions for students who need extra help or reinforcement of complex concepts
- Monitor and record student progress and report student successes, difficulties and perceived needs to the Inclusive Education Specialist Teachers, Director of Student Services and Middle/High Principal
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Services, Middle/High Principal or Head of School
- Undertaking regular professional development on child protection and safeguarding
- Signing a Staff Code of Conduct
- Reporting to the Designated Safeguarding Lead any concerns they have for the welfare of a student
- Teacher or academic support staff member at a top-tier international school for 3 years
- Possession of a valid First Aid and CPR (Level C) certification is recommended
- Experience working with students in Grades 7 - 12
- Comfortable using Macbooks, iPads and Google Workspace
- Demonstrates subject knowledge or the ability to work with grade level curriculum

Merchandise Officer

The Merchandise Officer will handle sales and coordinate the operation of the CIS uniform store at Koh Pich Campus.
- Greet and assist CIS families and other customers in English and Khmer
- Answer phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner
- Identify customer preferences and forecast trends
- Make sure the display of uniforms and other merchandise is neat and tidy
- Maintain accurate records of incoming, outgoing, and in stock merchandise such as uniforms, and school merchandise supplies , and place purchase orders as needed
- Open and close the till at the start and end of each shift
- Handle transactions, including purchases, exchanges, gift vouchers and promotional coupons
- Submit daily sales reports to the Finance Team
- Refer complex issues or customer concerns to management for full resolution
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Head of School

- Able to anticipate changing customer needs through the school year
- Interested in merchandising and able to bring creative ideas for merchandise campaigns
