- Create and manage inbound tour packages tailored for international tourists, offering unique and high-quality experiences.
- Develop customized itineraries for different target markets, including cultural, adventure, eco-tourism, luxury, and group tours.
- Identify strategic partnerships with international travel agencies, tour operators, and online booking platforms to increase inbound bookings.
- Work with airlines, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and transportation providers to establish competitive pricing and exclusive deals.
- Ensure seamless visa assistance, airport transfers, and local logistics for inbound tourists.
- Collaborate with tourism ministries, embassies, and international travel associations to promote Cambodia as a preferred tourist destination.
- Participate in global travel fairs, expos, and roadshows to market tour packages and build strong international partnerships.
- Stay updated on Cambodian tourism policies, visa regulations, and tourism incentives to enhance inbound tourism operations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract tourists from key international markets.
- Work with digital marketing teams to optimize website, social media, and online travel platforms for inbound tour promotions.
- Manage B2B and B2C partnerships to increase tour bookings through international channels.
- Design special promotions, seasonal tour packages, and group discounts to enhance sales.
- Lead and organize inbound tours when required, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and manage guest feedback for continuous improvement.
- Handle VIP, corporate, and customized tour requests, providing personalized services.
- Proven experience in inbound tour operations, international travel marketing, or tourism business development.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian tourism attractions, cultural heritage, and adventure travel opportunities.
- Established network with global travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and tourism organizations.
- Experience in developing inbound tour packages, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, French, Spanish, or other major tourist languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for international tourism fairs, roadshows, and promotional events.
