Announcement Positions

Import Documentation (1 Position)

Position Summary

Benefits:

Working Hour - 8:30-12:00 pm and 13:00-17:30 pm

Working Day - Monday to Saturday (morning)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To handle prepare shipping documents import shipment (FCL, LCL, Air) custom clearance process.
  • Issue HBL, Draft MBL… Etc
  • Respond, follow up and update emails with agents, shipping line, airlines, trucking and customers
  • Follow up tracking cargo status and timely update to all concern parties
  • Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external documents
  • Update document in timely manner and closed filed and scanned via e-file
  • Be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur
  • Ensure credit facility before release Bill of Lading
  • Strong follow SOP requirement
  • To comply with any other new assignment and duties assigned by management
  • To comply any other assignment duties assigned by supervisor/management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Fresh graduate in Logistic or related fields.
  • Good English communication skill (Speaking & Writing)
  • Good knowledge at computer literacy and email
  • Good teamwork spirit
  • Hard working, punctual, flexible, patient, good attitude, commitment and be able to work under pressure
 
 

Import Junior Operation (1 Position)

Position Summary

Export Operation – CY & AIR (1 Position)

Position Summary

  • Call/Visit potential customers & record the status
  • Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers
  • Prepare quotation, visit plan and other related reports
  • Keep in touch with potential & existing customers and find new customers
  • Provide shipping related suggestions/solutions to customers
  • Follow the instructions/requirements to complete the sales targets and related reports
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Sales & Marketing/ Foreign Trade/ Economics or equivalent
  • Must have experience as Salesperson in Freight Forwarder industry
  • Fluent in English or Chinese is preferred
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email…)
  • Self-discipline, patient, responsible, nice manner and be able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skill, efficiency in time management, high accuracy and patience and problem-solving skill
  • Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution)
  • Customer service skills (Creative, Active, High Discipline and Team Player)
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management
