IELTS & Examination Officer

- Provide general administrative support to the IELTS and Examination Services Department
- Assist with test supervision (e.g. IELTS, University Distance Education Exams, relevant professional exams)
- Maintain full test compliance by ensuring strict adherence to the test integrity policy
- Ensure that all clients are professionally served and a feedback system is effectively implemented
- Participate in the development and implementation of promotion campaigns
- Produce reports and analyses on the respective testing services of the department
- Register test takers
- Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- A university degree
- Good command of English (IELTS 6.5 overall band score is preferred)
- Good administrative, organisational and planning ability, with attention to details
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good computer skills in Word and Excel processing and database usage
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
IELTS Marketing & Business Development Officer
The IELTS Marketing & Business Development Officer will report to and assist the Senior IELTS Marketing & Business evelopment Manager in establishing and fostering business partnerships, reaching out to potential IELTS candidates and growing the IELTS test market for IDP Education (Cambodia).

IDP Education (Cambodia) is the only IELTS Official Test Centre in the Kingdom and provides comprehensive IELTS testing services in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Battambang. IDP Education also places students for study in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States, and offers English language teaching services through the Australian Centre for Education (ACE).
