Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh (SISPP) is "A School like no other in Cambodia". SISPP offers a British style education based on the National Curriculum of England for pupils in primary and secondary school.

 Our school is the newest member of the Shrewsbury family of schools to open for business, and our business is the 'serious fun' of learning. We are deeply connected to one of the most prestigious schools in the UK, Shrewsbury School, which is almost 500 years old and has nurtured distinguished alumni such as the famous naturalist Charles Darwin.

Our primary school opened in 2022 and this year, in September 2026, our new world class school, for all age groups, will open in a spectacular 7 hectare campus in Sen Sok.

ICT Technician

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Department: Support staff

Reports To: ICT Supervisor

The ICT Technician supports the day-to-day operation of the school’s ICT systems, ensuring reliable performance of computers, networks, classroom technologies, and related infrastructure. The role also provides first-line technical support to staff and students, ensuring effective teaching and learning through technology.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support
  • Provide first-level technical assistance to staff and students in classrooms, offices, and computer labs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, smartboards, and other ICT devices.
  •  Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage ICT support tickets, prioritize requests, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Network Systems & Infrastructure Management
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring the school’s LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, ensuring stable and secure connectivity across all buildings and classrooms.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points  (Mikrotik, Huawei, TP-Link, or Ubiquiti systems).
  • Perform network performance monitoring, including bandwidth usage, latency, and connectivity issues and escalate problems when needed.
  • Support VLAN configurations, subnetting, and network segmentation for staff, students, and guest networks.
  • Monitor and maintain the Wi-Fi infrastructure, ensuring optimal coverage and signal strength throughout the campus.
  • Maintain and support the school’s firewall, content filtering, and access control systems.
  • Support IP address management (DHCP, DNS) and troubleshooting related network services.
  • Assist in maintaining FaceID access control systems, IP cameras, and VoIP  phones connected to the network.
  •  Perform cable management, patch panel maintenance, and structured cabling documentation.
  •  Maintain network topology diagrams and documentation for infrastructure reference.
  • Server, Cloud, and Systems Administration
  • Assist in managing and monitoring on-premises and cloud-based systems (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).
  • Support Active Directory or Google Admin console user account setup, permissions, and security.
  • Monitor system backups and ensure data recovery plans are operational.
  • Maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and device management systems.
  • Security & Data Protection
  •  Support the implementation of network security measures, including firewalls, access control lists (ACLs), and intrusion detection systems.
  • Monitor unauthorized access, network anomalies, and device threats.
  • Assist with enforcing ICT policies related to cybersecurity, acceptable use, and data privacy.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure software licensing and compliance.
  • ICT Infrastructure and Security
  • Ensure antivirus, security software, and access controls are functioning effectively.
  • Report and assist in resolving security incidents or data breaches.
  • Support ICT policies for data protection and acceptable use.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  •  Keep accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and configurations.
  •  Update ICT inventory databases and asset tracking logs.
  • Provide regular reports to the ICT Supervisor on ongoing issues, completed tasks, and upcoming needs.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Work History:
  • Experience in an ICT support or technician role for 1 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS systems, networking fundamentals, and basic  server management
  • Good understanding of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Familiarity with classroom technology (interactive boards, projectors, audio systems).
  • Experience with Mikrotik, Cisco, or similar network systems.
Soft Skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  •   Maintain good relationships with pupils, staff members and suppliers/contractors.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Required proficiency in English to carry out a role in an English speaking  environment.

Admissions Officers (3 Positions)

Job Description

The Admissions Officer plays a key role in supporting the recruitment and enrollment of students at Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh. This individual will be responsible for handling enquiries, meeting with parents, guiding families through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective parents and students. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about education. The successful candidate will also be flexible to meet the needs of our growing school and support the Admissions and Marketing Manager closely in the whole scope of both departments' work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Admissions & Enrollment
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective families via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about the school, curriculum, admission requirements, and application procedures.
  • Guide families through the entire admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Schedule and conduct school tours, meetings, and assessments for prospective students.
  • Assist in processing applications, verifying documents, and coordinating entry assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications and admission status in the school database.
  • Reach key performance indicators (KPIs) on a termly basis to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Marketing & Outreach
  • Support preparation and running of admissions and marketing related events such as open houses, school fairs, and community engagement activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote admissions campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials, presentations, and digital content for admissions purposes.
  • Customer Relations & Communication
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective families, ensuring their queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow up with prospective parents to keep them engaged and informed about their application status.
  • Develop strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider school community.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Maintain and update admissions records, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Generate reports on admissions trends, conversion rates, and enrollment statistics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving the admissions process.
  • General
  • Any other reasonable task or demand made by the line-manager of Principal (who those with delegated responsibility).

HR Officer

Position Summary

Department: Support staff

Reports To: HR & Admin Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage Systems from the Ministry of Labor (LACMS & FWCMS)
  • Employee Registration: Facilitate the onboarding of new employees by bringing them to the Ministry of Labor, NSSF, and the district office to complete our single center register and other necessary tasks. Visa and Work Permit Assistance: Support in the processing of work visas and permits for employees to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • NSSF Contribution Fee Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting reports related to National Social Security Fund (NSSF) contribution fees.
  • Employee Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records.
  • Collaboration with Insurance Companies: Work closely with insurance providers to manage employee benefits effectively.
  • HR Support: Provide support to employees and supervisor on all HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Attendance Management: Prepare and maintain daily attendance records for the entire workforce. Employee Cycle Management: Manage the full employee cycle from recruitment through onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Other reasonable tasks assigned by the HR Manager and the leadership team.
