The role will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters technological literacy, computational thinking, and innovation for students in Grades 7–12. As an ICT Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in equipping students with essential 21st-century digital skills needed to thrive in the modern age. In addition to teaching, the incumbent will serve as the ICT Subject Leader–guiding, mentoring, and collaborating with ICT teaching staff, driving ICT curriculum development aligned with Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs), STEM standards, and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and leading professional development initiatives to help other subject teachers meaningfully integrate educational technology tools across all disciplines.
Report to: Academic Coordinator
Key liaison: ICT Teachers, STEAM Coordinator and STEAM team, Academic Coordinator, IT team, and other management teams.
Working Days/Hours: 07:30am-12:00pm and 01:30pm-05:00pm from Monday to Saturday(full-time)
- ICT Teacher:
- Conduct student assessments on learning progress using standard evaluation tools and methods aligned with CCF’s curriculum, Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs), and STEM standards;
- Prepare lesson plans that correspond to students’ ability levels, facilitating class activities, and providing feedback to students about their work and progress in ICT by integrating Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs), STEM standards, and relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking, computational thinking, STEAM problem-solving, and real-world awareness through the UN SDGs;
- Provide guidance and support to students in exploring and pursuing ICT-related interests and STEAM project initiatives;
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, global citizenship (UN SDGs), and respect;
- Enforce classroom rules and digital classroom guidelines to maintain student discipline, engagement, and safe usage of learning devices;
- Check and ensure a safe physical and digital learning environment for students during class;
- Liaise with the IT team and procurement regarding computer lab equipment, classroom device management, hardware, and software requirements to ensure smooth teaching and learning;
- Support and work closely with students requiring additional learning support through differentiated instruction and targeted assistance;
- Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by CCF and the School;
- Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues;
- Report student behavioral issues to the line manager promptly.
- ICT Subject Leader:
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with all ICT teachers to coordinate instruction and drive the ICT curriculum successfully;
- Lead and collaborate with the ICT team and STEAM Coordinator and team to design, map, and update the ICT curriculum across Grades 7–12, aligning with Khmer General Education (KGE) context while benchmarking against international STEAM and ICT standards;
- Work with team members to establish clear Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs), STEM standards, and standardized assessment and moderation rubrics for each grade;
- Conduct regular classroom walkthroughs, pop-ins, and peer observations to mentor ICT teachers, share pedagogical best practices, and support their ongoing skill development;
- Design and facilitate EdTech and STEAM-integrated training and coaching for teachers in other subject areas to ensure effective integration of 21st-century digital tools across the curriculum;
- Develop and promote guidelines for students and teachers on student device management, acceptable usage, E-Safety, Cyberbullying awareness, Digital Citizenship, and Responsible AI/academic integrity across Grades 7–12;
- Work with the IT team to advise teachers and management on software policies, student device management protocols, digital security, and requirements for managing and installing software onto the CCF network and student devices;
- Work with the line manager on departmental budget planning, resource prioritization, and equipment procurement to ensure effective management and utilization of the allocated ICT budget;
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental resource planning to contribute to the overall growth and quality of the school's educational programs;
- Foster strong teamwork, peer support, and collaboration to achieve team goals and maintain team harmony;
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT or Certificate in Education with a specialization in ICT or Computing is required
- ICT/Computer Science teaching for 3 years as a minimum
- Proven leadership skills in guiding curriculum design, mentoring peers, and leading professional learning workshops;
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles;
- Strong practical knowledge in key ICT domain areas including Programming/Coding, Web Design/App Development, 3D Design/Modeling, Mobile OS (Android/iOS), Robotics, and Multimedia applications;
- Practical experience or familiarity in embedding Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs), STEAM framework standards, and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into ICT projects;
- Understanding of student device management guidelines, E-Safety principles, Digital Citizenship, and ethical/responsible AI tool integration in secondary education;
- Knowledge of innovative teaching techniques, online learning platforms (LMS), and educational technology tools;
- Good command of English, both speaking and writing;
- Good communicator, friendly, confident, and willing to ask for help;
- Be punctual, honest, trustworthy, patient, respectful, and helpful;
- High compassion and commitment to working with community members and children from difficult backgrounds;
- Genuine enjoyment for helping students and a passion for teaching;

About “Grants Coordinator (Fundraising and Business Development)”

This role works within the Grants team and in close association with International colleagues, the Marketing & Communications team and the Donor Relations teams. As the significant budget of CCF is largely privately funded, the aim is to grow the income stream from international grants and philanthropic organizations. The role will focus on writing compelling, evidence-based proposals, with research to, identify potential partnerships with appropriate corporate, government and foundation funds, generating new funding opportunities.
The Grants Coordinator: Fundraising position will be responsible for positioning CCF to successfully secure grants and large corporate and philanthropic contributions to enhance CCF’s strategic objectives and sustainability.
The role will involve close communication with CCF’s international and local colleagues to maximize potential for long term engagement and support from donors. Taking a strategic leadership in partnership development while acting as a support for the international offices, the role requires flexibility, adaptability and the ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders, facilitating successful connection with CCF.
The role also includes additional duties including supporting the Grants Coordinator: Evaluation and Compliance with analysis of outcomes, the development of CCF’s knowledge management approach and the development an inventory of systems, procedures and best practices to support optimum outcomes.

- Research to identify potential partnerships with appropriate corporate, government and foundation funds, generating new funding opportunities:
- Build relationships with international staff providing relevant and comprehensive content to maximize the success of grant applications and proposals;
- Analyze trends in global funding and research specific opportunities, astutely assessing the viability of a grant application, in collaboration with manager;
- Develop & implement appropriate initiatives to acquire further reach of the “brand” and increase CCF’s funding base;
- Generate new, targeted partnerships and build relationships to increase rate and range of incoming funds;
- Play a role in relationship development with potential new donors.
- Writing compelling, evidence-based proposals:
- Work in a highly systematic way to generate content and context for new grant applications and submissions to potential new donors;
- Maintain accurate data on active leads status, liaising with internal colleagues as necessary;
- Control the donor pipeline from contact instigation to receiving funds, liaising with appropriate internal departments in a structured fashion.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Contribute to successful teamwork, communicating and collaborating on all projects;
- Work collaboratively with internal departments on the analysis and evaluation of current knowledge management systems;
- Generate ideas, justifications, and recommendations for potential adjustments to key milestones and program objectives and measures where required;

- Highly Organized and Systematics: Demonstrated ability to prioritise and coordinate productive liaison with multiple stakeholders and successfully manage all aspects of the grants process, dealing with conflicting deadlines and priorities. Attention to detail to enable ongoing management of data integrity;
- Strong Relationship Management Skills: Appreciates diversity and able to build and manage relationships and work harmoniously with internal stakeholders at all levels and backgrounds, able to be assertive when needed.
