PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
World Vision International Cambodia is seeking a competent and motivated ICT Engagement and Infrastructure Officer to strengthen and support our national ICT infrastructure, digital systems, and technical services across the country. This role ensures stable network operations, server and database administration, user support, and close coordination with regional IT teams to implement new digital initiatives for the National Office and 38 Area Program Offices.
- Maintain, monitor, and support network infrastructure and connectivity across the National Office, Operations Offices, and 38 Area Program Offices, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and wireless networks, with preference for candidates experienced or trained in Cisco networking technologies.
- Administer and support Windows and Ubuntu servers hosted on AWS, including system monitoring, patching, backup, recovery, and security hardening.
- Deliver ICT technical support and helpdesk services for end-user hardware, software, network connectivity, and enterprise applications.
- Guide and support users to comply with ICT policies, cybersecurity standards, and organizational digital guidelines, promoting good security practices.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve ICT issues efficiently, providing clear communication and timely updates to users.
- Collaborate with Regional and Global IT teams to implement, upgrade, and roll out new digital services and infrastructure across all offices.
- Work closely with business and program stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical IT and digital solutions.
- Assess, recommend, and justify network, server, and end-user hardware/software upgrades, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers for procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT equipment and services.
- Support enterprise communication platforms, including email systems (e.g., Outlook), messaging tools, collaboration platforms, and data communication services.
- Analyze existing business processes and propose efficient, secure, and modern digital solutions to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new ICT initiatives, prepare technical documentation, and present recommendations to the ICT Manager.
- Research, evaluate, and introduce emerging technologies, particularly in networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity, to strengthen ICT operations.
- Share technical knowledge, provide basic ICT and network training, and mentor staff to improve overall digital competency across the organization.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or computer science
- Experiences in system, IT help desk support, network infrastructure, installation, configuration and troubleshooting/ Linux, Windows server administration/ Cyber security for 3 years
- Cisco networking certification or training (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent experience).
- Practical experience configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki MX and MR devices through the Meraki Cloud dashboard
- Knowledge in cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in facilitating information security risk assessments.
- Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
