Human Resources Intern
Reporting Line: Vice President – HR & CSR
- Involve in recruitment process in collecting job applications, arrange and coordinate the interview
- Assist in all HR & Admin daily activities such employee database enrollment, monthly/weekly related reports
- Assist in training coordination from pre-training communication, to training process & report tracking
- Arrange and coordinate in company’s events, CSR Activities
- Assist in on boarding of new employees, preparation and communication to ensure smooth on boarding process
- Other tasks assigned by VP – HR & CSR
- Educational background: Junior or Senior student in Business Administration, Management or Human Resources
- Knowledge: MS Office, Internet and Email proficiency
- Language: Good proficiency of English for both writing and speaking.
- Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year with monthly allowance provided
