Human Resources Executive
- Responsible for providing trustworthy HR services in most of the following areas: talent acquisition with IT positions (market research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, onboarding and labor contracts), performance management, talent management, labor relations, employment law compliance, employee relations and office management.
- Ensure local labor law and internal labor regulation to put in place and be compliant
- Other admin tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in any Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- Fluent English skills (in writing, speaking)
- Good knowledge of the local employment labor legislations, social insurance, labor law
- Good interpersonal, decision-making skills to build strong relationships across globe
- Good IT networking
- Ability to be hands-on and multi-task in a new-established organization
Frontend HTML, CSS Developer
Working time: Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Working place: City Tower - Phnom Penh, Cambodia
- Work alongside architecture team to design technical solutions
- Peer review other developers code and provide feedback on improvement and compliance with acceptance criteria
- Ensure scalability, consistency, reusable patterns, improving build process, and looking into new technologies that further these goals
- Work with UI/UX team to ensure the best possible outcome in a timely manner
- Work with other teams to interpret and understand product goals
- Facilitate technical task breakdown and estimating
- Participate in showcases - demonstrate how your work achieves the goal
- Experience with the following or similar technologies:
- At least 1-2 years Front-end engineering experience
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and CSS pre-processors (SCSS)
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and CLI tooling
- Write high-performance, reusable code for UI components
- Familiar with CI/CD build and deployment processes
- Able to use Git and follow git flow workflow
