We are looking for a full-fledged HR generalist to take ownership of HR processes and projects across our Southeast Asia operations (≈80 employees & resource persons across five markets).
This is a hands-on regional role with genuine breadth: you will run recruitment end-to-end, own employment contracts and lifecycle administration, assist HR & drive locally for total rewards, keep us compliant across multiple jurisdictions, and deliver HR projects that shape how the region works.
You will operate with the HR local & HQ team within established frameworks, with clear escalation paths and direct exposure to regional and global leadership.
- Talent acquisition: own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across the region (job design, sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, and offers), including internship and early-career programs.
- Employee lifecycle and contracts: manage employment contracts across countries and employment types, incl. documentation, administer probation, extensions, conversions, and exits.
- Compensation, payroll and benefits: assist payroll processing across SEA regions, run annual total rewards review, administer statutory programs (BPJS, EPF/SOCSO, SHUI, NSSF).
- Employee relations and performance: act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances for junior to mid-level employees; support performance cycles, KPI tracking, and talent development follow-through.
- Engagement and recognition: administer engagement surveys and action plans; run the regional recognition program cycle and support regional events.
- Compliance, policy and audit: track labor regulations across the five markets and implement changes.
- Vendor and office operations: coordinate payroll/compliance vendors and insurers; support office and coworking space matters, including relocations and lease coordination.
- HR data and reporting: maintain contract-status and compliance-deadline tracking; produce cost analysis and management-ready reports on relevant HR items with clear recommendations.

- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 4-6 years of progressive HR generalist experience (up to 7 years considered), ideally including regional or multi-country exposure (preferably Southeast Asia)
- Working knowledge of labor law and statutory requirements
- Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment ownership from talent planning to onboarding
- Hands-on experience managing payroll and benefits
- Comfortable with HR systems and strong in structured reporting
- Strong written and spoken English
- High ownership and sound judgment: able to run independently within frameworks, know when to escalate, and handle confidential matters with discretion
- Willingness to travel within the region periodically
