Working Conditions
- Working Time 7:00am~11:00am | 12:00pm~16:00pm
- Working Days Monday to Saturday
- Holiday Sunday / Legal holiday
- Arrange recruitments and interview of workers
- Maintain staff database and personnel files
- Creation of job descriptions
- Prepare ID cards for workers
- Check staff attendance from finger print machine, leaves and OT
- Prepare monthly attendance for payroll processing
- Prepare employment contracts (Check the expiration and renew the contracts)
- Prepare 5% contract-end payment
- Annual Leave Management
- WDS Monthly Report
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct orientation to new hired workers
- Provide training company policy/internal rules to employees
- Request Overtime and Sunday permits
- Prepare monthly report of employee movement to MOL
- Monthly recruitment report
- NSSF insurance (Work accident report, Benefit claim)
- Foreigner Quota request
- Apply labor book for employees
- Apply employment card and contract for foreigner staff
- Keep hygiene and safety at workplace
- Conduct weekly meeting with shop stewards
- Manage, coordinate and implement the entire Compliance
- Translate other document to Khmer language
- Other relevant assignments as required
- Candidates already living in Sihanoukville will be given priority
- At least of Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years of experience at a factory
- Male or Female
- Good communication, friendly and welcoming person
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and others
- Good English
