Hub Director

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the Hub and associated personnel
- Manage and improve soap workshop operations and soap product quality
- Ensure that production output is maximized and deadlines are met
- Coordinate all regulatory activities including licensing, standards certifications, or company/brand registrations
- Provide support to the Eco Soap Bank Director of Logistics in the management of Customs and Import Requirements
- Act as Liaison between Eco Soap Bank Corporate and Trailblazer Cambodia Organization (fiscal sponsor)
- Support the Hub Sales Person in expanding existing customer base
- Initiate and execute trade promotions to acquire new customers
- Ensure that administrative and accounting duties are performed as required by Eco-Soap Bank corporate office
- Take the lead on providing financial and production performance data as specified by the Corporate Program Manager
- Work Experience:
- At least three years management experience in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated experience in customs/import management
- Demonstrated experience in powered process/manufacturing equipment
- Past experience with FMCG/consumer good company or distribution a plus
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is preferable but not required
- Good speaking and written English language skills
- Willingness to help and contribute to a teamwork environment
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
