- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems; support employee development initiatives.

Project Manager
Chinese fluency (Speaking, writing, listening, reading)
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals (printers, tablets, KDS), POS systems, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for both office and restaurant environments.
- Support and manage user accounts, permissions, and access across platforms like Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
