The Ajinomoto Group has established a presence in 22 countries and regions throughout the world in order to expand its business operations in food products, amino acids, pharmaceuticals, and other fields. At present our products are sold in over 130 countries and regions, and we have plans to both expand to new markets and further broaden our product lineup.

AJINOMOTO (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. is the newest company in Ajinomoto Group established in September 1, 2009 according to the law of Kingdom of Cambodia. We currently employ more than 220 staffs in various positions and responsibilities.

Position Summary

Category: Full Time (7:30am-16:30pm)

Male Female Age between 25-30 years old

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare new employment contracts, probation contracts, and contract renewals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update employee profiles to ensure all are properly filing and well organized.
  • Coordinate NSSF registration and claim process
  • Coordinate health checkups and criminal record clearance for new employees/ workers.
  • Monitor and update staff declarations, workbooks, and overtime (OT) records to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT).
  • Coordinate the recruitment process effectively from recruitment requisition to onboarding.
  • Issue employee ID cards for new staff.
  • Monitor Annual Leave (AL) and prepare reporting
  • Coordinate and review Overtime (OT)
  • Monitor employee attendance records and reporting
  • Assistant Associate HR Manager for training arrangement
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Associate HR Manager.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or business administration management.
Work History:
  • Human resources field for 2 years is required
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Knowledgeable Cambodia labor law.
  • Very Good English language (Speaking, Writing Listening).
  • Microsoft Office, Internet & Email.
Soft Skills
  • Confident negotiating skills.
  • Good communication motivation skills
