HR Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Recruitment and Hiring:
- Developing job description and posting job openings
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Onboarding new hires
- Employee relations:
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
- Managing employee performance reviews
- Implementing and maintaining company policies
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administering payroll and ensuring accurate compensation
- Managing employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plac=ns)
- Conducting salary surveys and recommending compensation adjustment
- Training and Development:
- Identifying training needs and development training programs
- Delivering training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness
- Promoting employee development and career advancement
- Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate HP records
- Handing disciplinary actions and terminations
- Other HP Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
- Managing employee engagement and retention
- Working with Human Resources Information System
- Providing HR support to managers and employees
- Experience at least 2 years up
- Microsoft word, excel, power point
- Good communication
- English and Chinese required
Check Stock Out
Schedule: Full Time 7:45am-5pm
- Check stock out,
- Do report stock out weekly and monthly,
- Check broken or return items back from customer,
- Do report broken daily and monthly,
- Good at Microsoft word excel power point, high responsibility, honest,
- Experience can have or not is accepted
