HR Manager (1 Position)

- HR Analytics & Strategic Planning: Analyze HR data to support executive decision making. Prepare HR reports such as Turnover Rate, Training Effectiveness, People cost.
- Recruitment: Plan and execute recruitment of back office and operation staff, select, interview and manage recruitment channels efficiently, develop Employer Branding to attract quality candidates, conduct onboarding process and orientation of new employees.
- Workforce planning: Manage and balance manpower request and budget, support branch and depts to understand condition and support solution.
- Onboarding: Orientation for new employees and support until they pass probation.
- Performance management: make sure that employees’ KPI are aligned to the departmental objectives and business unit, control performance management system (PMS) quarterly.
- Career Path: Taking care of operation promotion according to company criteria.
- Compensation and benefits: Checking appropriate compensation and benefit that fit to current context.
- Compliance: Provide advice on labor laws and supervise compliance. Resolve and manage employee complaints. Review and update HR policies to comply with laws
- In-House training: Conduct mandatory HR topic training session for staff such as recruitment touch point, compliance tools, performance management concept and tools including staff’s career path.
- Employee engagement survey: Design activities and organize activities that promote organizational culture and employee engagement. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys (Employee Engagement Survey) and plan organizational development.
- Master or Bachelor degree in human resource management or other relevant fields
- Minimum 5 year experiences in human resource management
- Good knowledge of Cambodian labor law
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent in Spoken and Written English
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Team and goal-orientated; good attitude and inter-personal skills
- Sound judgment and good at problem solving
- Strong Management and leadership skills

Purchasing Manager (1 Position)
Department : Human Resources
- Planning and Policy
- Control the purchasing department's budget
- Forecast demand for services and goods
- Plan and control the procurement of raw materials
- Plan and control the procurement of machinery, equipment, and other items
- Prepare purchasing plans aligned with production and sales requirements
- Monitor and control purchasing costs to stay within budget
- Coordinate with various departments to propose cost reduction and efficiency improvement strategies in procurement
- Collaborate with finance and operations departments to ensure smooth purchasing and payment processes
- Prepare Budget vs. Actual reports to track spending
- Procurement and Vendor Selection
- Develop and update vendor sources and market price database
- Evaluate proposals and provide recommendations based on commercial and technical factors
- Ensure vendors understand the organization’s business objectives
- Review the value of existing contracts and agreements
- Handle payments and manage invoices in line with commercial agreements
- Source and evaluate new vendors
- Negotiate prices and purchasing terms appropriately, prepare documentation, and track delivery status
- Verify raw material specifications and vendor reliability
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply
- Prepare accurate purchasing documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
- Build and maintain good relationships with both new and key existing vendors

- Graduated Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
- At least 5 year experience with 2 years of leading role experience in management level
- Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies
- Expertise in Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion efficiently and effectively
- Effective communication and presentation skills and fluent in both written & spoken in English
