Duties & Responsibilities:
- Heading the department of HR with overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the organization.
- Manage the whole recruitment and selection process/develop recruitment policy and strategy
- Implement and revise HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Prepare HR planning budget & HR planning and forecasting activities
- Implement a competitive compensation payroll and others benefit system
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
- Conducted training program including (TNA) training needs assessment and monitoring training programs.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource representing the organization at hearings Cambodian requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor law Ministry of Cambodia.
- Other task will assigned by Managing Director
- Master in Human Resource or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on human resource management with private sector.
- Clear grasp and understanding of the National Labor Laws and related Prakas;
- Supervisory management skills;
- Knowledge and skills in wage and salary administration;
- Interviewing skills and Technical writing skills;
- Strong mentoring and communication skills (able to speak and write English);
- Strong leadership and motivational skills;
- Objectivity, sound judgment and problem-solving skills;
- Strong planning and organizing skills;
- People- yet result-oriented;
- Hard-working and able to work under pressure;
HR C&B Officer
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist HRM on labor compliant with Ministry of labor laws
- Assist recruitment specialist on recruitment and selection process
- Prepare monthly payroll, pays lip, bank transfer accurately with timely manner
- Manage monthly NSSF/ Private Insurance for all employees
- Issue the official letter such as successful probation, promotion, salary increment…etc.
- Issue Uniform, name tag and related documents for new staffs
- Provide clear record of office staff leave and store staffs movement.
- Coordinate staffs schedule with store supervisors or staff if needed
- Process discount card for all employees
- Assist for preparing the cashier contract documentations
- Oversee on staff referral and reward.
- Oversee all staff attendant and verify for their payroll
- Do other task that assigned by HR manager.
- Bachelor Degree of human resource or relevant field.
- Minimum 2year experience on human resource management with private sector.
- Knowledge of Cambodia labor laws
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Willing with advocacy work and dealing with diversity people
- Good written and spoken Khmer and English.
