Position Purpose
- The HR Manager is responsible for managing and developing the company’s human resources to ensure that:
- The company has sufficient and suitable employees according to business requirements.
- Employees have the required skills, competencies, and appropriate behavior.
- Recruitment is conducted effectively and efficiently.
- Salaries and employee benefits are properly managed.
- Attendance, working hours, and leave are properly controlled.
- Employee training and performance evaluations are properly conducted.
- The company complies with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Prepare the Manpower Plan according to company requirements.
- Receive and review CVs and applications.
- Source candidates through job websites, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare appropriate interview questions.
- Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations to Management.
- Conduct reference checks when necessary.
- Prepare Offer Letters and Employment Contracts.
- Organize and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Employee Management
- Maintain and manage employee personal files.
- Maintain accurate employee information and records.
- Monitor employee attendance and absences.
- Manage employee leave and leave records.
- Monitor lateness and early departures.
- Handle employee issues and workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with Company Rules & Regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to Managers and Supervisors on employee management.
- Payroll
- Prepare and review monthly payroll.
- Calculate employee salaries.
- Calculate overtime payments.
- Calculate allowances.
- Calculate bonuses and incentives.
- Manage salary deductions in accordance with company policies.
- Verify attendance records before payroll closing.
- Prepare payroll reports for Management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of salary and payroll information.
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Manage the company’s attendance system.
- Review employee clock-in and clock-out records.
- Monitor late arrivals and early departures.
- Manage Annual Leave.
- Manage Sick Leave.
- Manage Special Leave.
- Manage Unpaid Leave.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Performance Management
- Develop and establish KPIs for employees.
- Organize and manage performance evaluations.
- Monitor employee performance and work results.
- Work closely with Department Managers to evaluate employee performance.
- Identify employees who require performance improvement.
- Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Provide recommendations for Promotion, Salary Adjustment, and Bonus.
- Training & Development
- Identify and assess employee training needs.
- Develop an annual Training Plan.
- Organize orientation programs for new employees.
- Organize technical and soft-skills training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and results.
- Develop Employee Development Plans.

- Ensure that employment-related documents are properly prepared and maintained.
- Manage Employment Contracts.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments during inspections or compliance reviews.
- Ensure that employee records and documents are securely maintained and kept confidential.
- Employee Relations
- Listen to and address employee concerns and issues.
- Resolve workplace conflicts.
- Implement Disciplinary Actions when employees violate company rules or regulations.
- Provide advice and guidance to Managers and Supervisors.
- Promote a positive and healthy working environment.
- Promote Employee Engagement and employee satisfaction.
- Resignation / Termination
- Receive and process Resignation Letters.
- Conduct Exit Interviews.
- Review employee leave and attendance records.
- Calculate Final Salary and other applicable payments.
- Prepare employee clearance procedures.
- Return and/or collect company property.
- Update employee records.
- Arrange replacement recruitment when necessary.
- HR Reports
- The HR Manager should prepare and maintain reports including:
- Monthly Headcount Report
- Attendance Report
- Overtime Report
- Leave Report
- Recruitment Report
- Employee Turnover Report
- Payroll Summary
- Training Report
- Performance Evaluation Report
- Resignation / Termination Report
- Employee Cost Report
- HR Monthly Report

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good is required
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Work History:
- HR experience for 5 years as a minimum
