HR Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Lead HR operations, organizational branding, talent acquisition and onboarding, talent management, learning and development, compensation & benefits, payroll and employee relations.
- Lead the execution of HR programs and practices related to performance management, compensation, workforce planning/management, and talent management.
- Act as an advocate of organizational values and culture to create an excellent work environment
- Lead and execute the implementation of activates to create company culture.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Assist in HR budget projection, managing the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting organizational needs
- Master's or bachelor’s in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in international recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR systems and tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Cambodian labor laws and global HR practices.
- Proficiency in Khmer and English.
- Adaptability in multicultural and fast-paced work environments.
