HR Business Partner
WE are looking for an HR Business Partner who is primarily responsible for the overall management of the staff outsourcing-APSARA project. The role will work as a business partner with the client to ensure outsourced activities meet quality standards and expectations. He/she will work closely with management team in providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training.

- Partner with management team to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the project.
- Develop and implement an effective deployment plan for the workforce including location mapping, resources allocation, key milestones, timeline, reporting structure, and monitoring mechanisms
- Works closely with management and project team to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Ensures smooth and effective communication between clients, Optimal P and other key stakeholders throughout the life of the project
- Field visit to observe and assess SUP/SP performance. Provide on-field coaching, and/or propose actions plan to develop/terminate employment plan to the Project Champion/LM
- Ensure an effective communication between SUP to Apsara lady for relocation or end employee contract agreement
- Work closely with project champion & LM, SUP to close the vacancy gap & retain the people
- Industrial relation management including daily operation problem solving, compliant handling and management.
- Ensure all company's policies, rules & regulation and other announcement is communicate properly and on time to the team.
- Ensure the team carry out and follow the policy, rules & regulations and other guidelines effectively including monitoring, coaching and disciplinary measure.
- Involving in staff performance management and staff capacity development including coaching
- Taking lead in employee reward and recognition program
- Lead and manage changes to ensure smooth organizational changes and transitions which will better prepare the team to support the realization of the client’s business goals
- Builds and maintains good relationships with various levels, including Senior Leadership Team (SLT), line manager, colleagues, clients, and staff outsourced, and other relevant persons to influence and align everyone to the goals of the Optimal P and client’s business.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
- Thorough knowledge of Cambodia labor laws
- Good understanding of all aspects of HR and ability to apply best practices
- Experience and sound knowledge of Talent, Rewards, Business Partnering and Change Management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- Able to engage and influence people across different levels
- Able to think critically and solve complex problems
- Competent in using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to travel to province
