HR Assistant

Work hours : 44hours per week or 191 hours per month
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support HR Director on staff recruitment and coordinate the recruitment processes, starting from filling out Personal Request (PR) Form, Job announcement (JA), shortlist candidate, interviewing, reference check, ensures that recruitment process is coherent to Recruitment Policy
- Post job announcements on the information board, the websites or newspapers and ensure on its effectiveness of the used job advertisement channels.
- Working on all Employee Check List Forms for completing supporting documents, ensure to all information are reliable when needed, and to issue the badge to the new staff.
- Assist HR Director to prepare the employment contract (EC) for new staff, and to renew EC as well.
- Assist HR Director to Develop and lead in implementing Human Resource policies and procedures, communicate and follow up the policies to ensure the smooth and effectively operation in the SKMH Hospital.
- Develop and apply the Human Resource and Administration plan in order to support the hospital ’s goals
- Work with HR Director to recreate and / or revise the Job Descriptions (JD) for all SKMH employees to meet the need of performance environment.
- Participate with HR Director to conduct the training need, assessment of the staff capacity; and to build the work plan in order to bring staff’s capacity to reach their potential and to perform their tasks effectively and achieve to meet the goal of hospital.
- Work with all Department Heads for staff performance evaluation, distributing SKMH Documents includes policies, regulations, and memos.
- Translating documents from Khmer to English and English to Khmer, and interpreting in the meeting, and taking the minutes.
- Assist HR Director to prepare the list of expenses for NSSF, and Tax on salary payment.
- Good English be able to translate documents and interpreting in the meeting.
- Good of Microsoft Office Knowledge

- BBA or equivalent Diploma is preferred
