We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-oriented HR & Finance Manager to lead our Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Administration, and Purchasing functions.
Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a critical role in strengthening the company's operational excellence, financial performance, and organizational capability. This position requires a strategic leader who can build an engaged workforce, improve internal processes, ensure sound financial management, and support the company's long-term growth.
- Human Resources & Administration
- Lead all Human Resources functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support business growth and employee engagement.
- Build and retain a high-performing team by attracting, developing, and motivating talented employees.
- Oversee office administration and ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.
- Finance
- Manage the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning.
- Monitor project costs, company expenditures, and financial performance, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and business partners.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Management experience in HR, Accounting, Finance, Administration, or Office Management. for 5 years as a minimum
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, budgeting, labor laws, and business operations.
- Experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and process improvement will be highly regarded.
- Experience in the telecommunications, engineering, AI, or technology industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AI applications and accounting software.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion across Cambodia and selected Asian markets.
This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong leadership, business strategy, and sales management experience who can identify new market opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s future business direction while ensuring long-term profitability.
- Develop and execute business development strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within telecommunications, AI, engineering services, and related industries.
- Expand the company’s customer base across Cambodia and regional Asian markets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of commercial proposals, tenders, bidding documents, and technical submissions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend assessments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and strategic recommendations for executive management.
- Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and project teams to develop competitive customer solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support contract management activities.

- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in AI, digital solutions, or technology businesses will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
