- Master or Bachelor degree in human resource management, business administration or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of the Cambodian Labor Law and relevant legal compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and office management.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Team and goal-orientated; good attitude and inter-personal skills;
- Sound judgment and good at problem solving;
- Strong Management and leadership skills;
- Be creative, initiative and good at multitasking.
Assistant & Interpreter (Chinese Vietnamese and English)
Salary: 700$ up

Job Summary:
This role helps ensure clear communication in English, Vietnamese, and Khmer, and provides general administrative support within the organization. The Assistant & Interpreter also performs various assistant tasks such as coordinating daily operations, handling documents, and supporting different departments.

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese, Khmer, and English (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
