Direct Report To: HR & Admin. Executive
The HR & Admin. Officer supports the Human Resources and Administration department in ensuring efficient HR operations and smooth office management. This role assists in recruitment coordination, employee records management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with Cambodian labor regulations, including Employment Workbook, Work Permit, and Work Visa processes.
The position also supports expense tracking and contributes to the preparation and monitoring of the Annual Operational Plan (AOP), working closely with the HR & Admin. department to maintain an organized, compliant, and professional workplace.
- Recruitment and selection: Support recruitment processes including job posting, interview coordination, interview record and candidate communication.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, track attendance, and prepare HR reports.
- Compliance: Manage Employment Workbook registrations, Work Permits, and Work Visas for local and foreign staff, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Payroll & Data Support: Provide accurate HR data for payroll and reporting.
- Expense & Budget Support: Track administrative expenses and assist with budget and AOP documentation.
- Training & Engagement: Coordinate training schedules and support employee engagement activities.
- Office Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR/admin experience for 1 to 3 years
- Knowledge of Cambodian labor compliance (Employment Workbook, Work Permit, Work Visa) is advantageous.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.

- Capture daily photos and videos of students, classrooms, events, and campus life.
- Edit and prepare photos and videos for use in marketing materials, social media, and school publications.
- Collaborate with the Design Officer and Marketing Team to align visuals with the school’s branding and campaigns.
- Maintain an organized library of photo and video content for easy access.
- Support school events by providing real-time coverage and highlights.
