HR and Admin Officer
We are seeking a proactive HR/Admin Officer to join our team and support the recruitment of retail staff for our airport outlets.
Position Overview: As the HR/Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process, focusing on collecting and managing CVs for retail staff. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for connecting with potential talent.
- Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of retail staffs and some senior level positions.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
- Administrative Management:
- Oversee office administration, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Review the monthly time-in and time-out records from the system and report them to the Finance Controller for payroll processing
- Ensure company licenses, permits, and other regulatory documents are up to date.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support logistics and coordination for company events, travel, and meetings.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
