We are operating five travel retail outlets at Techo International Airport in Phnom Penh with Brand RELAY and Discover.

HR and Admin Officer

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR/Admin Officer to join our team and support the recruitment of retail staff for our airport outlets.

Position Overview: As the HR/Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process, focusing on collecting and managing CVs for retail staff. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for connecting with potential talent.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Management:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of retail staffs and some senior level positions.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
  • Administrative Management:
  • Oversee office administration, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Review the monthly time-in and time-out records from the system and report them to the Finance Controller for payroll processing
  • Ensure company licenses, permits, and other regulatory documents are up to date.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support logistics and coordination for company events, travel, and meetings.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
