HR and Admin Manager

Direct Manager : Managing Director
Working hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information.
- Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection and office fit out & renovation.
- Support the manager to develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Providing expat support such as visa application, work permit, driving license, dining reservation and outing trips.
- Ensure all staff are enrolled with NSSF, and the contribution must be paid on time in a timely manner with an accurate contribution calculation
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, and PH days
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Make travel/mission arrangements
- Other duties will be assigned when necessary

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in HR and Admin for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, including time management and the ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks proactively
- Good communication skills, both written and oral in Khmer and English, with the ability to work well with all levels across the company.
- Experience in a multinational working environment or working with expats is a plus
- Experience working with MoLVT for online company registration and quota request procedure
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Finance Manager

Direct Manager : Managing Director
Working hours: Mon- Sat, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Direct and monitor all accounting activities to ensure that the financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with relevant regulations
- Verify journal entries for all transactions in the QB accounting system into the correct account codes and classes
- Be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual Tax reports of the company (CIT, VAT, PIT) and other required reports
- Monthly tax declaration payment to the tax department by the E-filing system
- Accurately prepare the monthly and Annually Company’s tax declarations
- Work with internal and external Auditors, Tax authorities, and other government agencies
- Double-check on salary tax payment and NSSF contribution calculation to ensure all are correct according to the tax and NSSF policy.
- Responsible for presenting all related documents when there is a government audit
- Review and check to ensure that all payments have adequate supporting documents for future reference
- Directly supervise and provide technical support to all staff in the finance/accounting department
- Ensure AR and AP are received and paid following the schedule
- Be able to manage all sources of the company’s income with proper accounting records
- Keep performing reconciliation, daily sales income is matching with actual cash received as well as bank received follow the company’s income collection standard procedure
- Update Balance Sheet Breakdown at the end of every month to ensure the balance are matching again the report generated by the accounting system
- Complete month-end reconciliations in line with accounting policy
- Check all travel and mission expenses claims are in line with company policy.
- Check cash advance and materials purchase requests from programs, then submit for getting an approval from the line manager.
- Undertake other routine administration and account duties as requested

- Experience as a chief accountant or accounting manager for a profit-oriented company for 7 years as a minimum
- Deeply understand + Experience dealing with tax issues, especially the E-Filing System
- Experience in conducting an audit with the General Department of Taxation
- Excellent knowledge and experience working with an external audit firm
- Good experience in managing a whole accounting team, such as AR, AP, Income Auditor, Cashier, ………
- Clearly understand the company’s income collection procedure
- Good MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other accounting software)
- Good mathematical skills and Excel spreadsheet
- Strong drive for results and effective financial resource management
- Good in QuickBooks and knowledge of other accounting software is an advantage
- Clear communication skills, written and oral, in Khmer and English
- Experience working with a real estate company is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and be actively involved as part of the team
