The HR/Admin/Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting human resources functions and overseeing daily administrative operations. This role includes recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, maintaining personnel records, office administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position also assists management with operational planning, employee engagement, and general office management to ensure smooth business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave administration.
  • Coordinate payroll and employee benefits.
  • Handle office administration, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports.
  • Assist management with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

A Sales Person identifies customer needs, presents suitable products (Lubricants and Pipe) negotiates sales, and maintains positive customer relationships to drive business growth.

Working Conditions

  • May work in retail stores, offices, or travel to customer locations.
  • May require evening, weekend, or holiday work depending on the business.
  • Frequent interaction with customers.

Position Summary

Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon to Sat)

Department: Production

Nationality: Cambodian

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA & QC Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting continuous improvement within the production process.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant standards (ISO, internal SOPs, customer requirements).
  • Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, test records, and documentation.
  • Monitor product defects, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Assist in calibration, verification, and proper use of testing equipment.
  • Conduct random sampling and quality audits in production lines.
  • Support the QA/QC Manager in implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with production, warehouse, and management regarding quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field.
Work History:
  • QA/QC (manufacturing or plastic industry experience is an advantage) for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of QA/QC tools, testing procedures, and ISO standards.
  • Able to use basic measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, pressure testing equipment, etc.).
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, reporting).
  • Must be able speak English (Written and Speaking)
  • Experience in HDPE, PVC, or plastic pipe extrusion industry.
  • Familiarity with ISO 4427, ISO 9001, or industry standards.
  • Knowledge in SOP development and quality system management.
Soft Skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently with good communication skills.
