Duties
  • HR & Payroll:
  • Compile and review presence statement of staff for payroll processing
  • Follow-up leaves application of all staffs
  • Liaise with Branch for payroll status
  • Represent HR Dept. on site
  • Staff Administration:
  • Check documentation of new staffs mobilized (contract, ID, workbook…)
  • Follow-up with the Branch for preparation of contract and letter to be distributed on site
  • Gather all documentation received on site before forwarding to the HR Dpt. in the Branch.
  • Assist mobilization of new staffs in the camp and compound.
  • Participate to increase staff’s welfare
  • Arrange transportation and accommodation of staffs
  • Book VCGP staffs flight tickets and hotel/accommodation in Phnom Penh

Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in HR and Payroll
