Department: Human Resources & Administration
- Supervise the daily operations of the HR department.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, promotions, and termination documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary records.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring attendance and employee data accuracy.
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal and KPI evaluation programs.
- Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development activities.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law and company policies.
- Supervise office administration and administrative staff.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, uniforms, and company assets.
- Oversee company vehicles, drivers, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and insurance.
- Supervise office cleanliness, security, maintenance, and facility management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
- Monitor administrative expenses and budget utilization.
- Implement and monitor HR and Administration policies, SOPs, and internal regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and company standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and Administration.
- Organize employee activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- HR and Administration for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Including Supervisory role for 2 years as a minimum
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, or manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Proficient in Khmer & English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
