Working Hour - 8:30-12:00 pm and 13:00-17:30 pm
Working Day - Monday to Saturday (morning)
- Human Resource
- Prepared and executed end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating applicants, verifying references, making appointments, and facilitating communication
- Control Staff attendance, overtime and day off
- Leave Management record and ensure it proper record and application is accuracy
- Maintained and updated employee database
- Prepare Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly…)
- Organize and monitor the staff performance appraisal, for the probation completion and annual appraisal, assisting each Manager/department head/supervisor, ensure they have fully understood the process and no bias was applied
- Develops Human Resource official forms to be used in the Company to meet the standard established
- To assist in new staff orientation program; review and feedback process to ensure new employee is catching up with works & the environment
- Provide overall support to each department for HR related issues
- Coordinate for staff training and development
- Maintained consistency in decision-making regarding employee relations, disciplinary actions, and internal promotions within the organization
- Ensure legal ethical compliance relevant to Cambodian Labor Law and company objective
- Complied with company guidelines and HR policies.
- Managed and resolved staff conflicts in alignment with company policies
- Other duties as assigned by Management Team and Head Quarter
- Administration
- Assisted in administrative tasks pertaining to legal and compliance, registration procedures, while maintaining close collaboration with relevant government bodies
- Oversee stationary and record of usage
- Ensured the office was consistently clean and hygienic.
- Coordinated, controlled, and maintained tracking and maintenance processes.
- Performed additional tasks as directed by Management Team and Head Quarter
- Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline.
- Well versed in local labour ordinance and other HR related regulations (e.g. pension, retirement, occupational health and safety etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS software
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency in English and local language is a must
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Ability to speak and read Chinese will have extra advantage
