Job Purpose
To manage all HR and administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth people operations, legal compliance, and a well-organized workplace that supports business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Human Resources
- Handle recruitment & onboarding of new staff
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Prepare and manage employment contracts
- Handle staff performance reviews and discipline matters
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law
- Support training & staff development
- Administration
- Oversee office administration and supplies
- Manage company policies, procedures, and internal memos
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and company events
- Supervise cleaners, security, drivers, and admin staff
- Manage documents, filing, and records
- Compliance & Reporting
- Handle NSSF, tax, and labor-related documentation
- Maintain HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance)
- Support audits and inspections if required

Languages:
- English
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Work History:
- Experience in HR/Admin role for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Cambodian labor law
- English communication is a plus
