HR & Admin Assistant

HR & Admin Assistant supports daily HR functions, ensuring smooth operations of HR & Admin services and processes. This role provides assistance in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, managing office supplies, maintaining documentation, ensure that the office remain organized, efficient and compliant with company policies.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Help prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and orientation materials.
- Support background verification and joining formalities.
- Employee Records & Documentation, to ensure accuracy of personal information.
- HR Operations & Support:
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support the performance appraisal process and training coordination.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate for attendance and leave data and timely record.
- Assist employees with queries related to benefits, leaves, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Cambodia labor laws.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of records.
- Office Supplies & Inventory:
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Raise purchase requests and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Vendor & Facility Coordination:
- Coordinate with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, courier, etc.).
- Report and follow up on facility-related issues (AC, lighting, water, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR & Admin support role.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of HR and administrative practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
