Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect, control monthly data staff in (new employee) & out (resigned staff) update.
- Monthly control employee files, data information annual leave, day off, sick leave, special leave.
- Review employees timing from electronic control every month.
- Able to help in recruitment process with agencies and social media
- Prepare employment contract English & Khmer, draft letters or documents when is required related HR.
- Analysis skills, communication ability, both written and verbal in English & Khmer.
- Others task asks related to HR & support in some related accounting or data area, if need it.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Recourse or background courses MLVT.
Work History:
- Experience in HR assistance senior level for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Wide knowledge in Cambodia labor law (MLVT), HR tasks, staff filing , experience request quota, employment card, workbook & health checkup with MLVT, organizational skills.
- Basic requirements to be consider for this role: experienced in platforms Labour Centralized Management System (LACMS), Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS) & (Self-Inspection Compliance Management System (SICMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & power point).

- Willingness to comply, organize polices from company & government regulations.
